The company currently has an independent corporate testing center, established in 2022, with a total area of 1,000m². It is divided into three performance laboratories, namely mechanical performance laboratory, environmental performance laboratory, and electrical performance laboratory.
The Test Center has a professional testing team and has established a complete experimental management process, equipped with advanced testing equipment exceeding 50 units. It covers multiple testing fields such as environmental reliability, mechanical properties, and electrical properties.
Test Object: Charging Connectors, Cables, Terminals, Wire Harnesses, etc. Among the mechanical properties, the main coverage includes mechanical strength, mechanical life, mechanical impact, etc. testing projects.
Environmental performance primarily covers testing projects such as material aging, cold and hot shock, high and low temperature and humidity cycling, protection level, and salt mist corrosion resistance.
Electrical performance primarily covers test items such as contact resistance, insulation withstand voltage, temperature rise, current cycling, derating, and voltage drop.
Other inspection projects: dimensional analysis, shape analysis, terminal cross-section analysis, coating thickness analysis, etc.
The Test Center, as an independent organization separate from R&D and quality control, always adheres to the principle of "scientific, professional, and objective" to serve product development and quality control, and assist in identifying and preventing risks, thus ensuring the provision of high-quality, high-reliability, and long-life products.
